New Tales of the Vampires

These were published during the Vampire Chronicles, but are considered separate. They are linked to the Vampire Chronicles through David Talbot, a vampire fledgling that Lestat created. Talbot has set out to chronicle the tales of other vampires.

Pandora is the first chronicle told through Talbot, published in 1998. Talbot meets the vampire Pandora in Paris, she is two-thousand years old. Her tale spans from Imperial Rome to France to New Orleans. She fell in love with Marius when he was still a mortal. They are forced to part, but once they are reunited, he transforms her into a vampire.
